Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, including kits and Fresh Fed VIP membership pouches.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can occasionally occur.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships.

VIP membership pouches

Fresh Fed VIP members receive one free pouch of toppers with each membership charge. The pouch ships within 1 to 3 business days of the charge to the shipping address on your most recent order.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact help@freshfedpup.com and we'll replace it or refund it. See our Refund Policy for details.
