Fresh Fed VIP is an optional membership offered by FERNCASTLE COMMERCE LLC on freshfedpup.com. You join only by choosing the "VIP member price" option on a kit's product page. One-time purchases never include a membership.
What it costs
- At checkout: you pay the VIP member price for your kit (Starter Bowl $9.95, Duo Bowl $14.95, Full Bowl $24.95).
- Free period: the membership is free for 14 days from your order date.
- Membership fee: on day 14, and every 28 days after that, $29.99 is charged automatically to the payment method used at checkout until you cancel.
What members get
- One free pouch of freeze-dried toppers shipped free with each membership charge
- Member pricing on all kits
- Free shipping on all orders
Reminders and receipts
We email you before your first membership charge with the charge date, the amount and a link to cancel. We send an email receipt after every membership charge.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime in our cancellation portal at cancel.freshfedpup.com or by emailing help@freshfedpup.com. Cancellations received before your next billing date stop all future charges. There are no fees and no minimum term. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds
If you contact us within 14 days of a membership charge, we will cancel your membership and refund that charge in full.
Failed payments
If a membership charge fails, we may retry it. Your membership and pouch shipments continue only after a successful charge. You can cancel at any time to stop retries.
Changes
If we change the membership price or terms, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.
Statement descriptor
Charges appear on your statement as FRESHFEDPUP.
