1. Who we are
freshfedpup.com (the "Site") and the Fresh Fed Pup brand are operated by FERNCASTLE COMMERCE LLC, 1802 N Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32826 ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
We sell freeze-dried, single-ingredient meal toppers for dogs. Toppers are intended for supplemental feeding and are not a complete and balanced diet. Serve them alongside your dog's regular food, supervise your dog while eating and always provide fresh water. If your dog has a medical condition or special diet, consult your veterinarian before use. Product images show what each kit includes; packaging may vary.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and include free shipping within the United States. Payment is due at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Charges appear on your statement as FRESHFEDPUP.
4. Fresh Fed VIP membership
Fresh Fed VIP is an optional, automatically renewing membership. It is added to your order only if you choose the "VIP member price" option on a product page. If you choose it, you agree that: (a) you will be charged the VIP member price for your kit at checkout; (b) your membership is free for 14 days from your order date; (c) on day 14, and every 28 days after that, we will automatically charge $29.99 to the payment method used at checkout until you cancel; (d) each membership charge includes one free pouch of toppers shipped free and member pricing on kits. We will email you a reminder before your first membership charge and a receipt after each charge. Full details are in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Cancelling
You may cancel your membership at any time in our cancellation portal at cancel.freshfedpup.com or by emailing help@freshfedpup.com. Cancellations received before your next billing date stop all future charges. There are no cancellation fees or minimum terms.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which FERNCASTLE COMMERCE LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
